The 2025 GMC Yukon remains large and in charge with its new exterior that perfectly blends practical features with premium design elements. The front end has been completely revamped with a new front fascia, new grille, and updated headlamp designs that can play unique animations. Those who select the Denali or Denali Ultimate trim level will have the option of large 24-inch wheels. For the first time, an off-road-focused AT4 Ultimate trim level is available.

The second-row bench can be replaced with second-row executive seating for additional legroom. 16-way power-adjustable front seats are available for the Denali trim levels.

Base models have a 5.3-liter V8 engine that makes 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque, but you can also upgrade to a 6.2-liter version that makes 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Those who prefer maximum efficiency should consider the 3.0-liter Duramax® turbo-diesel engine with active thermal management.
All engines are paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission. Both the 6.2-liter V8 and the turbo-diesel engine have a maximum towing capacity of up to 8,200 pounds. The available ProGrade™ Trailering package introduces several convenient towing technologies, including a rear trailer view and a transparent trailer view.
