I arrived at my appointment and they took me right away waited about 20 minutes and i was done. good service great price for my oil change.

Everything was explained clearly and people working there is really cordial.

I have been waiting since Monday the 16th from Candido to hear what was going to be done with the issue with my stereo that was not resolved on the 14th. I was told I would get a call back. Didn't. Called at 5 when I got out of work. He said he would call me right back and never did. Called two more days to the number he provided and customer service and no one answered. I will be going to the service department this morning.

Very good service

Everytime we go to Gillman Chevrolet, my experience is amazing. Jessica is always willing to help with any service and/or maintenance my vehicle requires. She gies above and beyond to make sure all issues are resolved. Elizabeth was also able to get me in and out faster than expected.

Very professional and great customer service was noted. Jorge was very attentive towards my family and myself, as well as finance was willing to work with our budget.

I wish they could of reminded me of a tire rotation because I had a free one.
